Background Check

Processing steps when a law enforcement investigator requests a background check.

Steps

  1. Have the investigator sign in.

    Note

    Sign-In sheet can be found behind the Administrative Assistant's desk.

  2. Verify their badge.

  3. Take the release form — this is REQUIRED.
  4. Have the investigator provide their business card and tape to the release form.
  5. Print out official transcripts on regular paper and give to the investigator.
