Home-School Students (Dual Enrollment)

Key points: - Student selects "Home School" → system prompts for School Approver (parent can be approver). - Parent/approver uploads homeschool affidavit via link. - A&R reviews and approves the affidavit before registration proceeds. - Affidavit is saved under the student's "Documents" tab in dualenroll.com.
