Process Parchment Transcript Orders

Steps

  1. Log into your Parchment Exchange account at exchange.parchment.com and click Resume Printing.

  2. Process all OPEN ORDERS.

  3. Resolve all PROBLEM ORDERS.

  4. Go to the History folder and enter the DID number to find the order, then print out shipping labels for Overnight Orders with FedEx.

    • Automatic FedEx pick-up days are Wednesday and Thursday — cancel or schedule accordingly.
  5. Go to the STRQ screen in Colleague to print paper transcripts to be mailed out.

  6. Click Pause Printing on Parchment after paper transcripts are printed.

IGETC Certification Check

Check for awarded IGETC certification on the last page of each printed transcript. Print a copy of the IGETC from Laserfiche to be sent with the transcript order.
