You can view a student's academic standing via STAT → drill down into "Academic Standing."
Probation & Dismissal Codes¶
Academic Probation (GPA-based)¶
Triggered after attempting 12+ units with a cumulative GPA below 2.0

Progress Probation (W-based)¶
Triggered after attempting 12+ units where 50% or more of courses have a "W" grade

Combined Codes¶
When a student falls within both academic and progress probation, the codes are joined.
Appeal Approved¶
When you see AP at the end of any of the codes above, it means the appeal was approved — either automatically or via a manual update by Admissions (when a student completes and is approved for the CCPG appeal form and meets criteria 1–3).
