Fraudulent Applications

  1. Get the student's photo ID. Once identity is verified:

    • Go to Report Repository and find the student's application confirmation number.
    • Input the confirmation number into XSGRT:
      • Use the confirmation ID (from CCC Apply) as the Application ID — it will populate XSGRT with student information.
      • Enter Y in the Reset field.
      • Click Save All.

  2. Upload the student ID to Laserfiche.

  3. The student's application will be downloaded in the next batch.

  4. After the application is downloaded:

    • Name search to find the ID.
    • Place a PERC hold (1PF) and add an end date with a note: "Reviewed their ID to verify identity."

If both SAC and SCC have holds, we can clear both holds if the student presents documentation to us.
