CVC (California Virtual Campus)

XSRWS Stating "Record Not Found"

  1. Go to SPRO.
  2. Enter the CVC Student ID.
  3. Save All.
  4. XSRWS should now allow waivers to be entered.

Session Management

  1. Log into Admin at search.cvc.edu/exchange/admin/dashboard.
  2. Click Course Management → Session Management.
  3. Search for Santa Ana College.
  4. Click Edit on the session.
  5. Fill in the fields.
  6. Save Information.
  7. Click Import Sections under Edit if the session is already available — otherwise CVC will import on the date specified.
