Unprocessing a Form

To bring a form back from Processed status:

1. Mark as Unprocessed.
2. Open PDF.
3. Select Actions.
4. Select Return For Revision.

Reopening a Deleted Form

You can reopen forms by deleting and then un-deleting them:

1. In Dynamic Forms, go to the processed form → under Action, click Delete.
2. Go to the Deleted tab.
3. Find your form → under Action, click Un-Delete.
4. Go to the Multi Pending tab.
5. The form should be back in Multi-Pending status, ready for you to Complete Form.

Form Getting Cut Off on Sides in PDFs

• Update the padding on the sides to push everything into the middle.
• This only updates new forms from that point forward.
