Priority Registration¶
Assigning Registration Dates in Colleague¶
Registration dates are assigned based on student priority groups (Foster Youth, Veterans, DSPS, EOPS, CalWORKs, Continuing Students, New Students, etc.).
Key screens: Registration date assignment is managed through the priority registration process — see Hung's documentation for the current term's priority schedule.
Student Registration Emails¶
Student registration emails are sent via the Communications Management process. See the Communications Management section.
AM9999 — Student Parent¶
Used for tracking students who are parents for priority registration purposes.
